New staff member at Down Under Visa
Dear Clients
We have a new staff member who, as of today, is contacting the Filipina applicants for PARTNER VISAS and PROSPECTIVE MARRIAGE VISAS only.
We are aware that sometimes Filipina ladies are more comfortable communicating in Tagalog, and will sometimes ask their fiances/husbands/partners questions instead of asking us. This is why Lorna will be emailing the ladies.
Please note that with any communication with Down Under Visa, whether you are communicating with Mila, Jeremy or Julie Ann or now with Lorna, ALL outgoing emails are approved by myself before they go. Lorna is new, but she won't be making guesses or giving uneducated advice. Everything still comes through me, and nothing will change that.
We hope this additional service will make things easier for you all.
And a reminder to clients using the Client Portal, always check that before you ask us questions. As 99% of questions are answered there thoroughly, and it's available for your convenience on your PC, phone or tablet 24/7.
