We just want to say thank you so much for helping us with our visa 309 to Australia. We were so excited to receive the email from Jeff on the 16th December 2014 informing us that our application was approved. We were hoping to be in Australia in time for Christmas 2014 however it was too close and we still needed to do things before leaving the Philippines and travelling to our new home in Australia. Apart from that it was peak tourist season and the airfares were so expensive. So we decided to spend another Christmas in Manila and to see in another New Year. We eventually booked our tickets in January 2015 and departed for Australia on the 7th of February 2015 arriving on the Gold Coast on the 17th February via Melbourne after spending a week with my parents.
We will always be thankful to Jeff and his team at Down Under Visa. The way they handled our application and the support we received from them can't be faulted. They certainly know their business and we certainly have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone requiring a visa from the Philippines to Australia. They answered all our emails and questions in a timely manner and nothing was ever a problem to them. Our advice is do everything and provide everything they request and don't get upset with them or question them. Be truthful with them and don't try and hide anything. They know what they are doing and you are paying them to do the job properly and correctly. Jeff knows what is required and what the embassy requires. Provide more information than is required. For example photos of you together: Don't supply 5 photos together and think that is enough evidence. Provide as much as you can. Our personal application consisted of over 390 photos. We provided every chat log we had while we were apart and every phone call and text message we sent to each other while we were apart over a 2 year period till I eventually moved to the Philippines to live for 2.5 years and got married.
Is it easy to do an application? NO IT'S NOT.
Is it hard to do an application? NO IT'S NOT.
It is just time consuming getting the requirements together. Provide everything and more that Jeff asks for. The more information you provide the stronger your application will be. We are now living happily on the Gold Coast working in the IT industry and it's all thanks to Jeff and the team at Down Under Visa. Thank you Jeff and your team for everything you did for us. We will always remember that. If you're ever on the Gold Coast look us up and let us shout you to coffee or something.
