   hi jeff, I contacted you some time ago regarding applying for a partner visa, I am about ready to commence those proceedings if you can contact me with what you require from me and or my proposed partner, we are both committed and in a serious relationship that is stronger than ever, she is there in the Philippines living in a unit with her young son and I am currently and have been and continue to support them, just want to be able to marry Manilyn there and then we want to live here in Sydney etc which would include her young son as well, hope to hear from you soon, I previously made an application to you about this intended union.
