Ricardo and Russel are a couple of successful Down Under Visa Australian partner visa holders who took the time to share their experiences with their Subclass 309 visa application which they obtained under our watchful eye.

We thank them for their time and their kindness, and wish them many happy years together. No doubt our existing clients who are patiently waiting for their visas will appreciate seeing that there IS a light at the end of the tunnel, and I hope this can also give some direction to those yet to take the plunge.

A very informative site.I know how hard these things are and are certainly getting harder.I find that Filipinas are grossly treated unfairly as for example a Vietnamese lady is so much easier to be allowed into Austraia , I have some friends who have done so and was surprised at how easy our Government made the whole process. Anyway , great job hope you can help me and myFiancee, wether we marry here first or do the 9 month thing is yet to be determined .

They do have to deal with a lot of dodgy applications, Mark. Australia is the land of milk and honey for many of the world’s less-privileged. We take the job seriously and we prepare sound and detailed applications, and I feel they treat our clients pretty fairly on the whole. I hope we can help you one day when you’re ready. Just complete the visa assessment form on this website, and we’ll get back to you promptly. Cheers.

        Dear Jeff,
I was ,arrived to a Filipina from Ce u, only we met at a function in Sydney, unfortunately after some 8years it went south. Not to be featured, I have many friends in Sydney who are happily married to a Filipina and very happy with usual married problems no matter whom one is married to.I have been writing to a girl from Dumaguete for about 4 years now and has over the past six r so months become serious. I am here in the P.I’s now and we wish to marry. I have met and asked her parents for their permission and have brought along my birth certificate, divorce papers from the Australian Family Court, etc Afer ready through your free report it makes sense to go the either the partner or prospective visa class- 300-309-100??? Do we marry here or go to Aus and marry before the 9months . Should I simply call your Manila office thank you

If you can just do an online assessment, Mark. That’s the easiest. And you’ll find BLOG articles on the topic of where you should marry. Please have a look, as this will help you.
