- We want to be together during xxxx month, because we want to go to the yyyyyy festival
- We have already booked the tickets because they were cheap. And why is it taking so long?
- Yes, it’s true that most of the things that Down Under Visa had requested haven’t been supplied by us yet, but why is it taking so long?????
Why did you engage Down Under Visa to manage your visa application?
I think that most of you signed up with us because you wanted a partner visa application or tourist visa application that had been prepared properly, so that the Australian Embassy in Manila (or the Department in Australia) will grant the visa you wanted! Most will already know that we can’t make the Embassy or Department go faster. No point in asking, and no point in complaining. This is out of our hands, and they will also be doing their bit to process the application as fast as they can even if it might not seem that way.
But as to how to make things go faster when it’s being prepared? Simple!
- Follow the directions you’ve been given!
- Read everything we send you!
- Click on the links on the Migration Hub To-Do List! They contain 99% of the information you will need to know about your visa requirements, and will lead to less mistakes and less wasted time.
- You can also help yourselves a great deal by starting the application in plenty of time! Not leaving everything to the last minute, then wondering why its taking so long!
- And always understand that we are 100% on your side, even if that means we don’t always agree with you.

This is really simple for me …
I have no clue as to RIGHT WAY to get a Visa for my Wife and I actually don’t have the time, because of work commitments.
So Why not Trust those who KNOW the system, KNOW the language (of Immigration), and have the time.
My Wife knows how frustrated I get sometimes, with the System and the way it seems to Hold Things Up, but in most cases its because we have forgotten to do something, or overlooked some important documents etc and that’s where DOWN UNDER VISA comes in … They KNOW what needs to be done ….
So, lets CHILL OUT and let DOWN UNDER VISA do their JOB.

I have sent you several messages, well four in fact and never have I received a reply. All I receive is your back slapping generalizing messages of all the good you… ‘say’… you’re doing.
I was considering using your services but it really seems that you’re somewhat unreliable in answering a simple email question. So how on earth would you handle my Pinays visa application?
I do no “back-slapping”, Edward. Clearly I would be running a strange business if I was avoiding prospective clients. Sometimes emails simply don’t get through, and it can be a matter of one IP Address having another one blacklisted because of spamming by one of the thousands of other users that share that same IP Address. The end results are emails not getting through. And some mail servers (eg optusnet, yahoo.com.au, hotmail.com, live.com) can toss emails into the SPAM folder. And mail programs like Outlook can decide that something is SPAM when it isn’t. I just had to retrieve some emails today that ended up in SPAM.
I received an assessment from you in November 2016, and nothing since. I responded to it the day after I received it too.
I would be happy to help you, and happy to respond to you if you are interested. I’m known for my fast responses, and yes I DO a great deal of good. I would suggest you make yourself a gmail email address first, though. Because if you’ve emailed me four times I didn’t receive anything, sorry.
