Dear Clients

We’ve only had a few of you ask for new copies of the Communication document.

Please click on the link HERE to view it. To download it, click on the link with your right mouse button, and select “SAVE AS“.

An important part of the document is the EMAIL ADDRESSES of key staff. I don’t do everything myself, as we have too much to do these days. We are the busiest migration agency in Manila. So we have allocated tasks to different people. I read and approve every email that goes out to ensure that everything is correct, however again…..I can’t do everything.

Who do you contact?

Email Jeff: For any highly technical, non-administrative issues
Email Jeremy: For administrative issues about partner visas (documents & relationship evidence)
Email Julie Ann: For administrative issues about tourist visas (documents and relationship evidence)
Email Mila: Tagalog matters and Filipina-matters

The email addresses are on the communication document. I’m not putting them here, because I don’t want the SPAM bots finding them! Or we’ll end up with emails about viagra!

A special request!

We all do our best to answer emails promptly, and most of the time we do this very well.

So PLEASE do not cc your email to several of us! We’ve had about a dozen emails this morning already which have been sent to me…..and to Jeremy…..and some to Mila as well! Please don’t! All that happens is that me or Jeremy or Mila spend time answering emails that have already been answered by someone else, which means that you all end up waiting longer for your replies and we waste time. One reply per email is enough for anyone, I think you’ll agree? Many thanks!
