I must apologize for the lateness of writing to you, but have found the time, now that I can take a breather at home with my fiance.

I hope you and your family have had a wonderful Christmas and continue to enjoy a well deserved break. 

Thanks to you are your teams efforts at Down Under Visa, Nerissa and I were able to enjoy our first Christmas together in Australia. It was our dream that the visa would be granted before this Christmas and our new life could start together at home. Well with you guys and gals help our dream did come true. I cant thank you enough, and I know i speak the same for Nerissa.

Jeff you were always there for me when I had questions or was panicking over a problem. I really appreciated that you could always help with anything after work hours, this saved my sanity and made the process a lot easier.
