Jeff is the Principal and the Registered Migration Agent of Down Under Visa. Jeff looks after:
- Initial enquiries and assessment of cases, ie. if you want to know if you can get a visa, you contact Jeff
- Assessment of Client Questionnaires and preparing Checklists of visa requirements
- Dealing with complicated questions (ie. questions about practical matters should be referred to Jeremy, and tourist visa practical questions should be referred to Julie Ann)
- Preparing final applications
- Liaising with the Department

Mila is a business partner in the Down Under Visa practice and our Administration Manager. Mila looks after:
- Dealing with queries from Tagalog-speakers (but not giving migration advice)
- Helping Tagalog-speaking applicants with practical matters relating to their visa requirements

Jeremy is our Office Manager and if you call into our Dasmarinas office to drop off documents you will see him. Jeremy looks after:
- Verifying received and checked-in documents and relationship evidence that you send in
- Following-up sponsors (Australian men mainly) about the progress of the documents and other requirements
- Assisting clients (sponsors) with practical matters relating to their visa requirements
