And I am Craig, and we are doing this video today and thanking Down Under Visa and giving anyone who see it (video) an idea of what to expect in getting a visa.
We first met (Ireen) online and our relationship grew to the point that I needed to go to the Philippines and meet my future love. I spent a three week holiday in the Philippines and we were engaged and decided we were going to be married and spend our days in Australia.
That’s when we needed a migration agent and we spent a little time looking and thoroughly looking for migration agents and someone we could trust.

We needed someone who was reputable and NOT a fixer. I would say to anyone watching this not to believe anyone who says they can do it without any problems, because problems always occur and the job of the migration agent is not to fix the problems, but to make sure the problems do not occur.
So that’s where Jeff was thorough in preparing our paperwork and making sure we had all of our paperwork in the right order and he could check it with his own eye, as he has such a high success rate of visas. I thought having a professional having a look at our paperwork was the best option.

Questions. Forms. Official documents all the details. Jeff was on to it and the response was phenomenal, we would send Jeff an e mail and would get a reply in under an hour.
He must sleep with his Ipad right next to him so, and I appreciate that. And, if I had any questions he was always open. Even the silly ones and I thought I would be the worse but Jeff would always cater up to any of my questions and give me an answer and relieve my fears. And as they have done the visa process before they knew what I’ll be going through and what Ireen would be feeling, so very sympathetic to his customers.
He wasn’t just a shallow plain cold firm that you put your paperwork in and waited. There was always someone there and ….. So there is a lot of humanity in there in their operation. A very warm family business.
When people care about what they do it shows and Jeff and Mila and the rest of the team showed they really care about their clients. Your just not another number on their list your people. And we have feelings they know what is at stake and that is the main thing.
To anyone that sees this video I highly recommend Down Under Visa to be your migration agent.
We have recommended customers already and we will do so until we stop.. We won’t stop recommending. Anyone we meet we will recommend them to Jeff and Mila and point them in the right direction.
We were lucky enough to stumble across Jeff and Down Under Visa just by chance and just by reading testimonials and looking at videos and seeing that people were satisfied just like we are.

Don’t be confused by fixers. Anyone who says they can fix a problem by paying a bit more money.
